Conte ponders future tactical change

first_imgChelsea boss Antonio Conte says David Luiz’s return gives him the option of switching to three at the back in the future.Conte has been widely tipped to eventually make the change, having favoured a back three rather than four during his spells in charge of Juventus and the Italian national team. And the recent re-signing of defender Luiz from Paris St-Germain gives the Blues a potential chance to play with an extra centre-back, while Kurt Zouma is regaining his fitness following a long-term knee injury and Branislav Ivanovic can also play in the middle.Conte said: “It (Luiz rejoining) can be an opportunity – a solution. It (a back three) can happen in the future.“This squad can play with 3-4-3, not 3-52. With the characteristics of the players we have, you can play with a 3-4-3.”Meanwhile, Conte has pledged to improve Luiz as a player and believes the Brazilian can become one of the world’s top defenders.See also:The stats show Hazard must be player of the monthChelsea’s Christensen shelves decision on futureInjured Remy returns to Chelsea for treatmentPreview: Chelsea take 100% record to SwanseaSwansea v Chelsea: five key battlesFollow West London Sport on TwitterFind us on Facebooklast_img read more

Cuban 5 receive warm welcome in South Africa

first_img22 June 2014Ties between Cuba and South Africa continue to strengthen, with the latest engagement between the nations a two-week visit from the Cuban 5.The five Cuban nationals – Gerardo Hernandez, Ramon Labanino, Fernando Gonzalez, Antonio Guerrero and Rene Gonzalez – are in South Africa to thank the government for its support for their release from prison. They were welcomed to South Africa by the Department of International Relations and Co-operation.Doing timeAmerican courts sentenced the five to jail in 1998 on various charges, including espionage and colluding to commit murder. They were Cuban intelligence officers sent to the USA as part of La Red Avispa to monitor militant Cuban exile groups plotting to overthrow Fidel Castro’s government. Cuban exiles were implicated, for instance, when a Cuban passenger jet travelling between Barbados and Jamaica went down in 1976. Of the 73 people killed, 57 were Cuban.US intelligence was reportedly aware of the men’s presence in the US. They were arrested in Miami in September 1998, and were accused and convicted of spying against the US, with their sentences ranging from 15 years to life. Hernandez, the leader of the team, was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the 1996 shooting down of the Brothers to the Rescue planes, which had dropped pro-democracy pamphlets on Cuba. Four pilots were killed.Their trial was controversial and the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention and Amnesty International issued separate reports in the following years, on the fairness of the trial. Appeals courts first overturned and then reinstated the convictions. After spending 13 years in prison, Gonzalez was the first to be released in 2011; the remainder of the group were only freed in 2014. They were released from jail after an agreement was made between US President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro to improve relations between the countries, and as part of a swap for Alan Gross, an American contractor imprisoned in Cuba on suspicion of being a spy.“We are very happy that they are here,” said international relations spokesperson Clayson Monyela. “Cuba has been participating in the reconstruction of South Africa post-1994 by making several contributions. So to celebrate and mark their release, the Cuban 5 are here to participate in a series of events the government of South Africa is hosting.”Ties that bindThe five men served in Angola during the apartheid years, fighting against the national party regime. Following South Africa’s transition to democracy in 1994, Cuba continued its support with the implementation of joint programmes in health, social development, defence, housing and infrastructure.“In addition, the deployment of Cuban doctors, engineers and technical experts throughout South Africa is a further demonstration of Cuba’s commitment to work with South Africa to address the infrastructural backlogs inherited from the pre- 1994 period,” said the department. There are currently 3 000 South African medical students studying in Cuba; another 45 are scheduled to start their studies in September.SAinfo reporterlast_img read more

FESHFEN 32″ 80cm Long Hair Grey Ombre Womens Ladies Wigs Straight Hair Full Head Wigs Elegant Middle Part Pretty Wigs For Women Hair Extensions Cosplay : very good quality without being too heavy to wear

first_imgVery good quality without being too heavy to wear. Arrived much quicker that anticipated, very good quality without being too heavy to wear. I wore it on a night out & got a lot of compliments, the colours are beautiful. Comes with a hair net & a brush. Would definitely consider buying from this company again. Although the front can look a bit fake the colour, texture and length are absolutely beautiful. It’s my first wig and it’s better than i ever could’ve hoped, i love it. Slightly sparse on top but i really can’t fault it ?. Pictures don’t do it justice. . I bought this grey ombre wig by ‘feshfen’ for my daughter, who after totally destroying her own hair trying to get it grey, now wears either full or half head wigs to hide her own hair. She has a beautiful long curly brown wig, but when i came across this one i knew she would love it.As i have amazon prime i received the wig the day after i ordered it, which is always an added bonus. The wig arrives packaged in a really appealing giftbox, with attractive stand out labeling, that once opened contains the 2nd most stunning wig i’ve ever come across. The pictures really don’t do this wig justice in the slightest, as it just looks so much nicer in person. I only wear wigs in my part time acting career, but this one, along with a long brown one i purchased a short while ago but also ended up giving my daughter once she ruined her real hair, would be the exceptions, and if it wasn’t for the fact it was a present for my daughter, i definitely would have had it myself. The material of this wig is very good quality indeed, so natural looking, and soft feeling. It is made with 100% japanese kanekalon fibre, which in japan is often known as japanese silk. This came very well packed and on timecommunication with the seller is very goodwhen it arrived and i opened the delivery box i foundthe wig has its own presentation box that has the wordsfeshfen hair &beauty on the lidwhen you open the box you are confronted with apacket with two hooped items the card in it showsstep by step how to use them on your hair for differenthair styles, theirs a long clip on hair piece1” widethen you will find your netted wig cap i like thesewig caps as i think they are so easy to use and keep in placeyou will also find a care & tips card for looking after your wigafter all that you find your wig in a hair net keeping it nice and tidyi have the 32” long grey wig but believe me the picture dose this wigno justice as its stunningin certain light you can see a purple colouring in it very niceit has the two clips on ether side under the back to hold it onthis is so easy to put on and even though its so long its not heavyi did not find that it lost hair this is so nice that my 20 year old daughteris trying to get it off methis in my opinion is well worth every penny i would highly recommend this itemi certify this is a review item but this in no way affects my opinionif you find this review helpful please hit the helpful buttonwith thanks gail. Come very professionally packaged. Even got a gorgeous little choker necklace with ittook me a while to get the wig to look right, may be because my natural hair is waist length. That and i have a huge fivehead. ? but once i styles it a bit it looks great. Amazing stunning on time and perfectly boxed no complaints thank you very much. Looks and feels like real hair, i’ve just got to work out how to wear a wig and make it look natural on me. I wore this wig all day during christmas markets and it survived usually i have to take the cheap ones off because they’ve knotted and matted but i got home gave it a brush and it was back to new it’s absolutely amazing for the price and we’ll worth the money. Hair is long and same colour as described. The wig doesn’t stay on your head and has a funny contraption inside the wig on the inside but no instructions on how it works to keep it on.last_img read more
